For full-priced items, we offer refunds to original method of payment if returned unworn with tags attached within 15 days from the shipping date. This allows you to shop with confidence, knowing that you have the option to return your purchase if it does not meet your needs.

If you decide to return a full-priced item after the 15-day period, you can still receive store credit for up to 30 days from the shipping date. This provides you with flexibility and the opportunity to choose something else that you may love even more.

For sale items that are discounted by less than 50%, we allow returns for store credit within 15 days of the shipping date. However, please note that products that have been discounted by 50% or more are considered final sale, and no exchanges or refunds will be available for these items.

Once store credit is issued, it remains valid for a period of 2 years from the date of issue. This gives you ample time to select the perfect piece that resonates with you.
